Feri Nata holds an MBA in strategic management focusing on competitive advantage with Resource-based view approach. He has experience working as Accounting Staff and Financial Analyst in PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk. Because of his passion for teaching, he left the PT Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk. and moved to Sekolah Kristen Calvin. He is currently the head of Human Resource Department and Quality Management System. He is also teaching Physics and Chemistry. Since September 2019, He was enrolled in Doctoral Credit Earning Program (CEP S3), Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia with concentration in strategic management.
